Infrastructure

The Service runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with physical and network security managed by our providers. Environments are isolated and access is restricted to authorized systems.

Encryption

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms.

Access control

Access to production systems and customer data is limited to personnel who need it, protected by strong authentication, and reviewed regularly. Role-based access control governs what users can do inside the platform.

Monitoring and resilience

We monitor the Service for availability and anomalies, and maintain regular encrypted backups to support recovery in the event of an incident.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we encourage you to report it so our team can investigate. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work to resolve valid reports.
